These Terms and Conditions apply to accommodation bookings you make with us over the phone, via email, in-person or online. We will rely on the authority of the person making the booking to act on behalf of any other traveller on the booking and that person will bind all such travellers to these Terms and Conditions.\u00a0 For wedding and function bookings, please refer to specific terms and conditions provided in your individual contract.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Prices<\/h3>\n

All rates are quoted in AUD and are inclusive of GST (Goods & Services Tax).\u00a0 Our ABN number is 26860390857.\u00a0<\/strong>All prices are subject to availability.<\/p>\n

Deposit<\/h3>\n

Credit card details will be required to confirm your booking. Please note that your credit card details are taken as a guarantee of your booking and a 50% deposit will be charged. Final balance will be charged to your credit card within 10 days\u00a0 prior to check-in.\u00a0 Most major credit cards are accepted.<\/p>\n

Cancellation Conditions<\/h3>\n

Notice of amendments or cancellations must be provided in writing.\u00a0 We will do our best to secure another booking to reduce or avoid the need for cancellation charges.\u00a0 Rescheduling will be subject to the Amendment and Cancellation Conditions.<\/p>\n

Cancellations<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

  • Accommodation bookings cancelled more than 10 days prior to arrival – no penalty<\/li>\n
  • Accommodation bookings cancelled up to and including 10 days prior to arrival (includes No Shows) – 100% cancellation fee<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Travel Insurance<\/h3>\n

    We strongly recommend all guests take out Travel Insurance that will cover guests in case they test positive for COVID-19 and need to amend or cancel, and therefore incur the above conditions.<\/p>\n

    General<\/h3>\n

    Terms & Conditions below are for bookings made directly via the Hedlow Retreat website. These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time and are subject to change at our complete discretion without further notice to you.<\/p>\n

    Late Check-Out<\/h3>\n

    Late check-outs are available upon request. Please contact one of the team to check availability. Additional fees may be applied. A late check-out fee may apply if the accommodation is not vacated prior to the set check-out time of the property.<\/p>\n

    Guarantee Policy<\/h3>\n

    A valid credit card is required at time of booking and a valid credit card must be presented at time of check-in.<\/p>\n

    No Party Policy<\/h3>\n

    For the benefit of all guests, Hedlow Retreat has a strict no party policy unless the entire retreat is booked out by your group. In the event that any guest is identified as having a party, the property reserves the right to immediately request all occupants of the room\/cabin to vacate the premises. In addition, the registered guests will be required to settle the account prior to departure for any expense resulting from additional cleaning of the accommodation, replacement of any furniture\/fixture\/fitting breakage, as well as for any required repairs.<\/p>\n

    Identification<\/h3>\n

    Upon arrival guests may be asked to provide valid photographic identification for security purposes. The booking must be under the name of the person checking in. In addition, the Guest must also provide a credit card in the name of the photographic ID.<\/p>\n

    Under 18\u2019s Policy<\/h3>\n

    All guests under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by a parent\/guardian\/responsible adult over the age of 18 years.\u00a0 The property has the right to refuse any booking when the legal guardian over 18 years cannot provide current photo ID if requested on check-in.<\/p>\n

    Special Requests<\/h3>\n

    We will make all attempts to satisfy special requests, however cannot guarantee.<\/p>\n

    Internet\u00a0Access<\/h3>\n

    Hedlow Retreat offers free access to Wi-Fi internet from the Office only.\u00a0 Hedlow Retreat cannot be held responsible for non-availability of the Internet network, inability of accessing the Website, external intrusion, computer viruses, or non-authorised online transactions using our Wi-Fi access.<\/p>\n

    No-Shows \/ Failure to Cancel<\/h3>\n

    Each booking at Hedlow Retreat is subject to a Cancellation Policy. Failure to check in on the reserved arrival date will incur a 100% penalty charge. If guests choose to shorten their stay or check out early a penalty charge will apply, as detailed in the Cancellation Policy associated with the rate booked.<\/p>\n

    Limitation of Liability<\/h3>\n

    Notwithstanding anything contained in these Terms and Conditions to the contrary, Hedlow Retreat both for itself and on behalf of their employees or agents, do not accept any responsibility for any act, omission, default or neglect of themselves, their employees or agents for injury, damage, or loss to persons or goods whatsoever.\u00a0 They shall not be held responsible for indirect damage, damage arising from consequential damage or special circumstances, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profit, loss of use, loss of opportunity, arisen out of the performance or non performance of obligations under this Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n

    Travel Insurance<\/h3>\n

    Links to Third Parties<\/h3>\n

    Hedlow Retreat does not control any Third Party website and is therefore not responsible for the content of any linked website or any link contained in a linked website. Hedlow Retreat provides such links only as a convenience to you and the inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement, investigation or verification by Hedlow Retreat of the linked website or any information contained in it.<\/p>\n

    Health<\/h3>\n

    You must ensure that you are aware of any health requirements and recommended precautions relevant to your travel.<\/p>\n

    Smoking<\/h3>\n

    All accommodation is non-smoking.<\/p>\n

    Room Servicing<\/h3>\n

    Accommodation is self-contained and does not include daily service.<\/p>\n

    Pet Policy<\/h3>\n

    Service animals only are welcome.<\/p>\n
